Preamble :

These Terms and Conditions are concluded on the one hand by the company “Your trip by Stef” whose head office is located in Bohars registered under number 911 826 212 000 19 hereinafter referred to as “Your trip by Stef” and managing the site “www.yourtripbystef.fr ” and, on the other hand, by any natural person or company wishing to make a purchase via the website www.yourtripbystef.fr hereinafter referred to as “the buyer”.

Article 1 : object

These conditions of sale aim to define the contractual relationship between “Your trip by Stef” and the buyer and the conditions applicable to any purchase of services made through the website www.yourtripbystef.fr. The company “Your trip by Stef” provides two types of services. The first service is a support service for the creation of a tailor-made trip consisting of the search for different types of services mentioned in the “offer” page of the site www.yourtripbystef.fr and selected by the buyer, and the publication of a personalized and tailor-made travel diary. The second service is an advisory service to help the buyer determine his destination or to learn how to create his own trip.

The acquisition of a service through this site implies unreserved acceptance by the buyer of these conditions of sale, which the buyer acknowledges having read prior to his order. Before any transaction, the buyer declares on the one hand that the purchase of services on the site www.yourtripbystef.fr is not directly related to his professional activity and is limited to strictly personal use and on the other hand to have the full legal capacity, allowing it to engage under these general conditions of sale.

The company “Your trip by Stef” retains the possibility of modifying these conditions of sale at any time, in order to comply with any new regulations or in order to improve the use of its site. Therefore, the applicable conditions will be those in force on the date of the order by the buyer.

Article 2 : Provision of services

“Your trip by Stef” offers 2 services comprising two formulas each.

The list and description of the services offered, with their main characteristics, are those which appear on the website www.yourtripbystef.fr of the company “Your trip by Stef”. The company “Your trip by Stef” reserves the right to modify the assortment of these services at any time.

2.1 Tailor-made travel creation offer.

This service consists of two formulas: “Serenity” or “A la carte”.

2.1.1 “Serenity” formula:

“Your trip by Stef” takes care of all the following research:

• Flights between the desired departure airport and the arrival airport at destination
• Search for one or more accommodations (depending on the formula chosen) in the chosen destination
• Means of transport between the train station or airport of arrival and the accommodation
• Means of travel during the trip and/or a rental car if necessary
• Visits, outings and activities according to the centers of interest mentioned by the buyer, in his travel destination

“Your trip by Stef” realizes:

• A tailor-made daily program according to the buyer’s requests
• A travel itinerary for road trips
• A travel diary in PDF format, and by post in paper format (depending on the option chosen) to the address indicated by the buyer
• An interactive digital map

All of this research is sent by email to the buyer, with the booking links via which the buyer can book the various services offered himself.

“Your trip by Stef” does not make any reservations.

2.1.2 “A la carte” formula:

The buyer delegates part of the research to the company “Your trip by Stef”. The buyer chooses the services he needs, the company “Your trip by Stef” carries out the research entrusted to it. All of this research is sent by email to the buyer, with the booking links via which the buyer can book the various services offered himself.

“Your trip by Stef” does not make any reservations.

Article 3. Prices and Quotes

3.1. “Creation of tailor-made trip” service:

3.1.1. Rates for the “Serenity” and “A la carte” formulas

The “Serenity” and “A la carte” formulas are subject to a preliminary estimate accompanied by the general conditions of sale to be signed at the bottom of each page and an internet link to consult them on the site www.yourtripbystef.fr

3.1.2. Travel book prices

A paper travel diary is sold as an option in the “Serenity” package.

The price of the travel book will be established on estimate according to the duration of the trip and the number of pages to be printed. Postage costs will be included in the total price mentioned on the quote.

3.1.3. Criteria determining the price of the service

The price depends on the type of trip desired (stay or road-trip), the number of searches to be carried out according to the needs expressed by the buyer, the duration of the trip, the number of stages, and the number of people participating. to travel.

3.1.4. Price display

The prices appearing on the estimate are prices in euros (€) displayed excluding tax. The price may be increased by VAT (20% in France to date), depending on your territory of residence or the tax regime of the company “Your trip by Stef”.

3.1.5 Terms of sale and payment

The sale will only be considered final once receipt of the signed quote, preceded by the words “good for agreement” and these GCS signed and preceded by the handwritten words “read and approved”.

Any validation of a quote entails the buyer’s full and complete acceptance of these general conditions of sale, without exception or reservation.

The fact of accepting the estimate implies the obligation for the buyer to pay 30% of the deposit of the amount indicated on the estimate within 5 working days (date of signature of the estimate being taken).

Unless otherwise stated, the quotes established by “Your trip by Stef” are valid for 15 days.

The buyer will pay the balance of any account (70% of the total amount of the service) once the program or itinerary has been validated by email.

3.2 “Tips for organizing your own trip” service

3.2.1. Rates for the “Destination” and “Autonomy” formulas

The sale price of these two formulas is that in force indicated on the website on the day of the order. “Your trip by Stef” reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, while guaranteeing the application of the price indicated on the site www.yourtripbystef.fr at the time of the order.

3.2.2. Price display

The prices listed on the website www.yourtripbystef.fr are prices in euros (€) displayed excluding taxes. The price may be increased by VAT (20% in France to date), depending on your territory of residence or the tax regime of the company “Your trip by Stef”.

3.2.3. Conditions of sale

Any order for consulting services placed by email or telephone assumes the buyer’s adherence to these T&Cs.

Article 4. Order and terms of payment

Process and method of payment for an order for a tailor-made trip creation service:

Upon receipt of the buyer’s request, Your trip by Stef sends him a questionnaire by email within 3 working days in order to collect the essential and necessary information relating to the search for the components of the trip and the creation of an itinerary. meet buyer’s expectations. The buyer must provide certain information such as the dates and duration of the trip, the number of travelers, the approximate budget he wishes to allocate to his trip, the desired destination if he knows it. This mandatory information is necessary for the creation of the buyer’s tailor-made travel program.

Upon receipt of the questionnaire completed by the buyer, Your trip by Stef checks the feasibility of the trip based on the information provided by the buyer. If the request is feasible, Your trip by Stef informs the buyer by email or telephone, within a period that may not exceed 7 working days from receipt of the completed questionnaire. If the buyer does not respond, the travel request will not be processed. Your trip by Stef will set up a telephone interview (or by videoconference), offered and lasting one hour, to learn about the details of the project and refine the buyer’s request based on the information previously received.

Following the interview, the seller will send the buyer by email the report of the interview containing the essential information relating to his trip, an estimate and these GCS. To validate his order, the buyer must sign each page of the estimate and these GCS, affix his “good for agreement” and pay a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the service by bank transfer to Your trip by Stef. The RIB will be provided with the sending of the estimate.

The buyer will send these documents by email to contact@yourtripbystef.fr. Any quote confirmation entails the buyer’s full and complete acceptance of these T&Cs, without exception or reservation.

Upon receipt of the quote, the signed T&Cs and the 30% deposit, “Your trip by Stef” will send a deposit invoice corresponding to 30% of the total amount of the service by email to the buyer.

Once the deposit has been received, “Your trip by Stef” proceeds with the creation of the itinerary or a suitable program. Once validated by the buyer, “Your trip by Stef” carries out the necessary research selected by the buyer. He informs him of the total performance of the service and sends him the corresponding invoice for the balance of any account (70%). Upon receipt of payment of the total remaining amount of the service by bank transfer, “Your trip by Stef” will send the reservation links by email to the buyer as well as the sending of the interactive digital map and the digital and paper travel diary (depending on option).

The deposit must be paid before “Your trip by Stef” does the research and organizes the buyer’s trip. The seller will wait for the receipt of the bank transfer to his bank account before starting the search.

The buyer will receive confirmation by email of the partial or total payment of the order. “Your trip by Stef” reserves the right to refuse access to the services, or to suspend it, in the event of a payment incident or in the event of fraud, attempted fraud or risk of fraud relating to the use of the site.

Process and method of payment for an order for the provision of advice:

The order of the “Destination” or “Autonomy” formula included in the “advice for organizing your trip yourself” service, offered by “Your trip by Stef”, is done via the contact form (contact page) on the website www.yourtripbystef.fr, by email at contact@yourtripbystef.fr.

Upon receipt of the buyer’s request, “Your trip by Stef” confirms to him by email within 3 working days the order for the consulting service and sends him the bank details of Your trip by Stef so that he can proceed with the payment of the service in its entirety via bank transfer.

“Your trip by Stef” reserves the right to refuse access to the services, or to suspend it, in the event of a payment incident or in the event of fraud, attempted fraud or risk of fraud relating to the use of the site.

5. Cancellation, complaint

In accordance with article 221-28 of the Consumer Code, “the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts for the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized”, the buyer therefore does not have a right of withdrawal for the order of a “tailor-made travel creation” service.

However, the company “Your trip by Stef” offers the buyer the possibility of canceling his order.

6. Delivery

For the purchase of a “tailor-made travel creation” service, Your trip by Stef will provide the buyer with links by email containing the details of the trip as well as the links to book transport, accommodation, activities and additional services according to the specifications defined with the customer and specified on the estimate.

Your trip by Stef will not make any reservations on behalf of the buyer, will not act as an intermediary between the buyer and the final service provider and will not be held responsible for the buyer’s reservation with an organization. or a service provider. The final responsibility for making the reservations offered by Your trip by Stef belongs to the buyer.

The buyer therefore accepts that his reservations are subject to the T&Cs of the service providers, and not to these T&Cs when he reserves services with the service providers selected for his trip.

A personalized travel diary is also sent by email and by post to the buyer depending on the option chosen. The deadline for sending the travel diary depends on the departure date of the buyer’s trip. Your trip by Stef undertakes to send it within a period established in the quote, accepted by the buyer and taking into account the date of the start of the buyer’s stay. In the case of sending the travel diary by post, the delivery times of the mail depend on the postal service and are not the responsibility of Your trip by Stef.

For the purchase of a consulting service, “Your trip by Stef” will provide the buyer by email with a detailed report containing all the important points and suggestions raised during the consulting session.

7. Responsibilities

In the process of distance selling, the company Your trip by Stef is bound only by an obligation of means. It cannot be held liable for damage resulting from the use of the Internet network such as loss of data, intrusion, virus, service interruption, or other involuntary problems.

Your trip by Stef is a service provider, it provides advice for organizing trips.

Your trip by Stef undertakes to provide the services with diligence and according to the rules of the art, it being specified that it weighs on it an obligation of means, to the exclusion of any obligation of result, which the buyer expressly acknowledges.

Your trip by Stef can in no way be held responsible for the failure of the reservation at the price displayed on the day of the sending of the links for the plane tickets, accommodation or transport if the buyer does not reserve those there within 24 hours of sending the proposal email, which the buyer expressly acknowledges and accepts.

Your trip by Stef cannot be held responsible for any difficulties that may arise during the conclusion or execution of contracts between the buyer and the transport companies, the various means of accommodation, the tour operators or even between any other person. involved in the proposed trip, nor be a party to any dispute whatsoever between the buyer and this person.

Your trip by Stef cannot be held responsible for the bad course of a stay, a cancellation of means of transport such as flights, car rental, a bad experience of travel or service, climatic problems or even economic. The reservation and the choice of the trip will be the sole responsibility of the buyer.

8. Settlement of disputes and jurisdiction

If you do not comply with any of the provisions of these general conditions of use and, in general, any difficulty relating to the execution, interpretation or validity of these, are subject to French law and to the French courts. 

9. Intellectual Property

All elements of the site www.yourtripbystef.fr are and remain the exclusive intellectual property of the company.

No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, or use for any reason whatsoever, even partially, elements of the site whether in the form of a photo, logo, visual or text.

The photos present on the Your trip by Stef site or on the promotional, informative and free online content documents are the property of the Your trip by Stef company.

The travel diary produced under the sales contract is for the personal use of the buyer. It may not under any circumstances be reproduced without the prior consent of Your trip by Stef. It cannot be communicated to third parties, free of charge or against payment, for whatever reason. Any use of the travel diary by the buyer or for a purpose other than for the personal needs of the buyer is strictly prohibited.

The buyer refrains from any act of counterfeiting, unfair or parasitic competition with regard to Your trip by Stef.

 10. Personal data

The company Your trip by Stef undertakes to preserve the confidentiality of the information provided by the buyer, which he would have to transmit for the use of certain services. Any information concerning him is subject to the provisions of Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978. As such, the Internet user has a right to access, modify and delete information concerning him.
